Keto Diets

The trend of varieties of the dietary pattern is prevailing throughout the human race(s) with either with a different mindset or same objective. Human follows different dietary manipulations arbitrarily. The ketogenic diet, one of the most trending patterns, gets headlines because famous celebrities like LeBron James and Kim-Kardashian West have championed it for weight loss. Keto diet was first used or adopted by medical doctors in the 1920s as a unit or combined therapy for kids with epilepsy and other brain issues.
WHAT IS KETO DIET?
Jason Ewoldt, a registered dietician defined keto diet as intake of high-high-fat foods and severely restricts carbohydrate, with about 60% to 80% of calories coming from fat. He added that a true keto diet also includes only moderate amounts of protein and less than 50grams of carbohydrate daily.
The ketogenic diet is one in which the principal energy source is fast rather the known carbohydrate. It promotes the formation of ketone bodies. The main idea behind the diet is getting the body change from burning carbohydrates to burning fat for fuel which in turn produces ketones, thus, ketosis.
