It’s from within,

It fills the heart,

Quenches sorrow,

And forget worries.

It burst out of the lungs,

To make audible sound that are contagious.

Sometimes, you cry!

And at other times,

It’s like a knot is tied in the belly.

But you can’t help it anyway!

Because it is what it is!

It is Laughter!
