The lemon (Citrus × Limon) is a species of a small evergreen tree native to Asia. Lemons are mostly round or oval and have thick skin. The juice of the fruits is usually a bit sour due to the presence of citric acid. 

The tree’s ellipsoidal yellow fruit is used for culinary and non-culinary purposes throughout the world, primarily for its juice, which has both culinary and cleaning uses. Lemon juice contains vitamins and nutrients such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C, calcium, and potassium just to mention a few.

How to Make Lemon Juice 


  • Water -1 cup
  • Fresh Lemon-1
  • Sugar- 2 tablespoon
  • Salt- a pinch
  • Squeezer item-1

Lemon Juice Recipe Preparation Process:

  1. First, take the lemon and cut it into two halves.
  2. With the help of a squeezer item, squeeze the lemon juice into a glass from each half.
  3. Add sugar, salt, and water.
  4. Stir it properly until the sugar and salt content gets dissolves.
  5. Lemon juice is ready to be served. Serve cool with the ice cubes.

Medical Benefits of Lemon Juice

9)  Bad Breath-  It helps two ways here, first by killing the bad-breath-causing bacteria in your mouth and second, by flushing away toxins in your liver that when overworked releases bad-smelling substances to the bloodstream, lungs, and then out the mouth.
