Earlier today, Real Madrid organized an impromptu press conference and that cast doubt on the future on Zidane and when the veil was eventually torn, our guess was right, Zidane stepped down from his post as Real Madrid coach.

Zidane is one of the most successful coaches in the other footballing half of Madrid, winning 9 major trophies in just two and a half year as Madrid’s manager, which means he had won a trophy in every 89 days.

Madrid’s president who flanked the Frenchman during the press conference had a bitter-sweet feeling, with the news just coming after 5 days of the most coveted Champions league and had said he had hoped the Manager to remain in the Spanish capital “forever”, thanked the 1998 World Cup winner for his services.

In a sudden twist to the story, gist sports in her latest tweet reported that former Real Madrid and Chelsea’s coach, Jose Mourinho in Zidane-esque impromptu Press conference, has today left Manchester United in a quest to get the mantle left by Zidane in Madrid and complete what he tagged an “unfinished” business in Spanish Capital.
“Everyone know I love Madrid, it has always been great to coach Los Blancos. I need a new challenge. Manchester United is an ambitious club, but not like Madrid. I have to finish my father’s business” Mou added.

Mourinho coached the Spanish team within 2011 and 2013 winning the La Liga and Copa Del Rey, Zidane could not win.
Perez tagged today “a bad day in Madrid”, but will be a good day for Manchester United fans as they have grown increasingly frustrated by Mourinho’s defensive approach to games.
